I will always do my best to get it out before the 31st but occasionally holidays may delay things by a couple of days.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003ehow long does it take to arrive?\u003c\/strong\u003e all mail is sent un-tracked to keep the costs to you low, so I am unable to track your mail. Depending on your location it will vary, but generally in the US it takes less than 5 days.
